Step 1: Unbox Your Trezor

Once you’ve received your Trezor, ensure it’s in its original, tamper-proof packaging. Inside, you’ll find the Trezor device, USB cable, a recovery seed card, and user manual.

 

Step 2: Connect Your Trezor to Your Computer

Plug the Trezor into your computer using the provided USB cable. Once connected, your computer should automatically prompt you to go to trezor.io/start.

 

Step 3: Install Trezor Bridge or Trezor Suite

You’ll need to install either Trezor Bridge (a communication tool for your browser) or the Trezor Suite application, which is the official desktop app for managing your crypto securely. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

 

Step 4: Initialize Your Device

On your computer, launch Trezor Suite or open the Trezor web interface. You will be guided to either create a new wallet or recover an existing one.
